How do you create your art prints?

Each piece of art is hand-painted by Ellie using acrylic paint and canvas. It is then digitized using high quality scanning technology. Ellie uses a third party professional art printer located in Auckland, NZ to print her art onto 275gsm archival quality paper, and frame if required. These types of prints are generally known as "Giclee prints". As they are originally painted on canvas, the prints have a 'canvas look' to them. The textured archival paper reflects this nicely in the print 

Please note you are buying a print, not the original painting. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently I am shipping within New Zealand and Australia. 

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. 

Australian customers- Customs fees are your responsibility

Do you do custom commissions?

Unfortunately I do not take custom commissions at this time.

My artwork subject matters generally fall into the categories of:

Oceanscapes, Landscapes, Floral & Botanical, Native Wildlife 

Hopefully you can find a piece you love within these! I am always creating new pieces and updating the collections 

How long will it take to receive my artwork?

Whilst I endeavor to have your prints ready as fast as I can, please allow up to 2 weeks processing time, for my printers to complete the printing and/or framing of your piece. You will receive a shipping notification with tracking number once it has been shipped. 

Standard courier times (after processing) in NZ are 2-4 business days 

Australia Expect 6-10 business days shipping, after processing time 

Can I return my print and get a refund? 

If your print arrives to you damaged, please notify us by email as soon as possible at artelliekay@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement for all damaged items. 

Unfortunately, as your artwork is custom printed to order, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind purchases 

Please ensure you have measured your space correctly, and viewed the photos on mulitple devices to ensure you are happy with the artwork. 

Colour disclaimer:

Colours may appear different in real life compared to your device screen. The images on our website are closely colour accurate to the printed item. Please view the images on multiple devices before purchasing 

International Customers:

For customers outside of New Zealand, a 2% currency conversion fee is charged and automatically added to your total at checkout 

We use a dynamic currency converter which updates conversion rates daily and rounds to the nearest dollar amount
